Booking and Cancellation A deposit of £20 is required in order to book your session with Sarah Redman Photography. This is transferrable if you wish to reschedule your session providing this is agreed no later than 24 hours before your session is due to take place. The deposit forms part of your booking fee and will be deducted from the remaining balance which is due at your session. If you don’t attend your session and haven’t given any notice, the deposit will not be refunded. By paying a deposit for your session, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Health & Safety Sarah Redman is DBS checked and fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity purposes. Sarah Redman has also undertaken training in newborn safety and posing and every effort is made to ensure the studio is safe for all users at all times. Whilst visiting the studio, you are responsible for your own actions and those of any accompanying children. You must ensure that children are supervised at all times.
Payment The full balance of your sitting fee is due at the time of your sitting, all orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering
Copyright The Copyright Designs and Patents Acts assigns the copyright of the images to the photographer. It is therefore illegal to copy images without the express consent of the photographer, this includes screenshots. License to print is granted in the case of digital files.
Storage of images Digital files will be kept by Sarah Redman for not less than a 12 month period from the date of the session. Should digital files be lost, damaged or destroyed within this time, the photographers liability shall be limited to a pro-rata refund of any fees paid but will not include a refund for any goods already supplied. No refund will be given for digital files lost, damaged or destroyed more than 12 months after the date of your session. Placing an order and receipt of goods All orders must be placed within 12 months of your session. Online orders - Unless specified, your photographs will be included in a password protected online gallery for viewing and ordering purposes. Orders for prints can be completed and paid for online in your gallery using Paypal. Custom framing, wall art, albums and books - For custom framing, wall art, albums and books, an order form must be completed and payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Data Protection & Privacy Sarah Redman may store your data on a private internal database soley for the purposes of business. This data will not be made available to outside companies or individuals, if you would like to be excluded from this database, please email info@sarahredman.co.uk Opt in for display By opting in to any or all display purposes, you allow Sarah Redman to display any photograph from your gallery to generally promote the business – using only the selected channels. The images will be used lawfully and it’s your right to specify/opt in for the promotional use of photographs. Sarah Redman agrees that photographs will not be used on social media channels, brochures, company website or promotional materials unless this has been specified on the booking form. Images placed in password protected galleries within the website are not available to the general public in the normal course of events however, it is impossible to prevent determined skilled persons from accessing these galleries IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 I AM ASKING ALL CLIENTS TO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As part of our commitment to provide a safe environment for all in the studio during the unprecedented, fast changing Covid-19 situation, we need to know that you have listened to or read, and understood the following statements as part of your agreement with Sarah Redman Photography.
1. You have no cause to believe that you have or may have been exposed to Covid-19.
2. You have been meeting the governments Covid-19 guidelines and 2m social distancing when not at work.
3. As far as you are aware, you have not been in close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 or anyone who is showing symptoms consistent with Covid-19 within the last 14 days.
4. You must only attend your session with members of your household or 'bubble'.
5. You must not travel between teired areas to attend the studio
